Introduction

Fluffo UK is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, in all its forms including human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation, has no place in our operations or supply chains. We are dedicated to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

Our Business

Fluffo UK distributes soft, acoustic wall panels and related products throughout the UK, Europe, and North America. Our supply chain includes manufacturers, raw material suppliers, logistics providers, and professional service companies.

Our Commitment

We:

• Comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
• Conduct due diligence on suppliers to ensure they operate fairly and ethically.
• Require suppliers to confirm they adhere to anti-slavery practices.
• Train relevant staff to identify and address risks related to modern slavery.
• Monitor supply chains for any signs of exploitation or unethical practices.

Risk Assessment and Management

We assess and manage risks through:

• Reviewing supply chain partners annually.
• Evaluating geographical and sectoral risks where forced labour may be prevalent.
• Engaging with third-party audits where necessary.

Supplier Code of Conduct

All our suppliers must:

• Prohibit any form of forced, bonded or indentured labour.
• Ensure working conditions meet international labour standards.
• Allow workers freedom of association and collective bargaining.

Reporting Concerns

Employees, suppliers, and partners are encouraged to report any concerns about modern slavery or unethical behaviour through our confidential reporting process. All reports will be thoroughly investigated.

Review

This policy will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legislation and organisational structure.

This statement has been approved by the Directors of Fluffo UK and is signed on their behalf.
